Share Exposition Asylum – Fear as Art

For all the artists selected at the Exposition Asylum - La Paura come Arte, a contribution is required for management and organizational expenses equal to €. 50.00 (fifty / 00). For any kind not dependent on the artist, the exhibition could not be realized, the OutOut Art Workshop will reimburse the entire fee to the artist himself.

For all the artists selected at the Exposition Asylum – La Fear as Art, curated by the OutOut Art Workshop, at Palazzo Doria Pamphilji, on the occasion of the First Edition of the AsylumFantasticFest to be held from 9 to 12 May 2019, the following is required: :

  • a file of the work selected in pdf – high resolution – that will be used in the delux Catalog created by the OutOut Art Workshop;
  • a word file with the author’s biography of about 1000 characters spaces included in times new roman character – size 12 interline 1.5;
  • a word file with the title of the work, year of realization, technique used, measurements and a critical note of maximum 1000 characters including spaces, with the same characteristics of the biographical text;
  • the participation fee, as per the rules set out on the portal, must be paid using the special button on this page;
  • if for any nature not dependent on the author of the selected work, the exhibition does not take place, the OutOut Art Workshop will reimburse the entire contribution paid by the author; if, on the other hand, the author decides not to take part in the exposure in question, no reimbursement will be granted;
  • the shipping costs of the selected work remain the responsibility of the author. For the delivery of the work we will agree in the first two months of 2019.
